Is there a tax on items purchased through Amy Lee Designs?

What if an item isn't available?
When you order an item or items that are back ordered or out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail and let you know when you can expect shipment. You will also have the option of changing your order within two (2) business days of receipt of our notice.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Amy Lee Designs charges free shipping to anywhere in the United States. Your purchases are usually shipped out within the United States or internationally within two (2) business days of the receipt of your order (special orders may take up to 1 week). You will be notified via email as soon as a product has been shipped out. For international delivery, I will email you the shipping costs. The standard shipping cost is $4.50, (priority mail and delivery confirmation) for up to 2 items. Shipping days are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
What is your return policy?
We want you to enjoy and be fully satisifed with every item you purchase from Amy Lee Designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within five (5) days of its delivery for exchange or refund.
